Dr. Ida Crocker-Sabbagh is a Board-Certified Family Physician providing treatment for patients age 5 and above. She graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with an undergrad degree in molecular and cellular biology. Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh then went on to attend medical school at the University of Arizona. Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh completed her residency at University of Texas, Memorial Southwest Residency Program at the world-renowned Texas Medical Center in Houston. She has since served as medical director at a community based medical clinic, senior medical staff and has mentored medical students as adjunct clinical professor both in Arizona and California.

Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh founded Grayhawk Family Practice in 2004, where she currently provides care to residents throughout Arizona. In her years of practice, Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh has been recognized regionally and nationally for her service in family medicine, advancement of healthcare, and commitment to professional development. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was named a “Phoenix Top Doc” on several occasions.

Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh chose a career in medicine because of a strong desire to help others. It is this strong sense of empathy and deep desire to give that have shaped her approach to medicine and influenced her philosophy of delivering excellent care to the entire family. Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh is sincerely focused on personalized care and has chosen concierge medicine as a means to rebuild the patient-physician relationship, thereby enabling her to practice medicine in a manner that truly optimizes individual health.
