How do I book an appointment?

How do I cancel an appointment?
Please call our office to cancel your appointment. Please try to give as much notice as possible to allow another patient to take your spot. We appreciate your understanding.
Do I need to schedule a consultation?
If you are a new patient, we do like to have you in to establish care. This will assist us in getting to know you and any conditions you may have. If you call to be triaged over the phone for any reason and we have not established care, we will be unable to do a telephone triage and provide medical care.
