Ida Crocker Sabbagh, MD

Ida Crocker-Sabbagh, MD FAAFP is a Board Certified Family Physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and obtained her Doctorate in Medicine at the U of A in 1992. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hermann Family Medicine Residency in Houston, Texas.

Dr Crocker-Sabbagh, the founder of Grayhawk Family Practice and a Phoenix Top Doc is proud to offer a concierge medical experience. She feels this allows the time to build a practice that optimizes individual health. This structure provides space for communication and collaboration in an evidence-based, patient-centered clinical setting.

Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh joins us after her recent project with the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, Nevada. In collaboration with the Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement, she developed the medical protocol for the Women’s Alzheimer’s Prevention Clinic for the risk reduction of Alzheimer’s Disease in women.

In her free time, Dr. Crocker-Sabbagh enjoys travel, good food, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
